April 26 · Suzaine Kyle M. PadorUpdate: now at the one year mark and 200 classes in. Still going 4-6 times a week injury free. Kimberly and Nicole teach great classes, emphasize different muscle groups each day (allowing you to go daily if you feel up to it), with mods to keep you injury free.I started going to the Inward Method in May of 2024. I was male, 56, and about 30 pounds overweight. I was also not very active for about two years, but I figured I have to try something so I signed up for the unlimited starter package. The owner Kimberly works closely with new people to get us comfortable in the classes. The exercises might seem tough but Kimberly will verbally call out modifications. She also walks around and gets right next to you to help you with form or mods if you need/want them. It’s now five months later in October and I go to four to six classes a week. Most importantly, I have not had a single injury since starting. Don’t worry that you might be too out of shape to start or don’t look like you would belong. The vibe is super relaxed, the people are nice (even the super fit perfect body types), and Kimberly really cares about all of her students.

June 08 · Jessica Schreiber WheelerI just attended my very first class at The Inward Method and I am feeling it! Kimberly (the owner and instructor) will work you and push you while taking into account your limits and past injuries. I have taken several mat classes in the area but this one is by far my favorite. Elevated focus on individual instruction and a luxury boutique experience. I will definitely be back. Also, The Inward Method is located inside the building right in front of the South Block counter. I found there is plenty of street parking available in the side streets!

February 24 · Jennifer VargasKimberly was amazing. Very attentive and thoughtful. She helps with the posture to make sure you’re doing it correctly. Highly recommend and the classes aren’t crowded like other studios in old town.
