★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've lived a lot of places and because of that I've gone to a lot of different yoga studios. The Forge felt like home to me from the first class I attended - no other studios have ever come close to this. Their classes are challenging, restorative, and just plain fun. Give it a try, you won't regret it.
July 31 · Anna HillAs a veteran, finding a sense of community after military service can be challenging. The Forge Yoga Studio has given me that connection—something I haven’t truly felt since retiring. Transitioning into the civilian world isn’t easy, but The Forge has been a bridge that allows me to be myself. I deeply appreciate both the yoga and strength classes, which have helped me build both physical and mental strength. This studio is more than just a place to work out—it’s a supportive and welcoming space for growth. Highly recommend!
March 18 · Colleen SmithI was looking for a new exercise family that was more cost effective. The Forge fits the bill on all counts. The owners and instructors immediately welcomed me as did the regulars. And don’t let the name fool you, they provide a variety of exercise classes with fun music to match. The high speed instructors also offer words of positive affirmations throughout. I leave feeling completely renewed. Bonus: they give discounts to veterans and teachers. Hooah!
March 18 · Jennifer GradnigoWhen looking for a community to share your health journey, you want to find people who encourage and inspire you. You need to be comfortable laughing and crying as you see yourself growing stronger. Look no further! The Forge Family is a beautiful blend and I can’t imagine sharing my journey with any other team!
March 18 · Kate fornarottoIf you enjoy yoga/pilates/working out, definitely check this spot out!If you have any issues booking classes on the app, just reach out and they will help you get booked.I was looking for a place where I could do low-impact, not-heated workouts and yoga at the end of my pregnancy, and I am so glad I found this place! It's a very welcoming community, all the instructors have been awesome, and the workouts (I've done "the swell" and "the basics") can be easily made harder/easier based on individual preference.Additionally, a nice perk is that it's not too expensive to do either a class pack or even a monthly membership (especially compared to other yoga options in the area)!
