Anyway, Self-Made literally changed my life and how I think about nutrition and myself. I really love the support with twice-weekly Zoom calls and the group of women with like-minded concerns. Whether I am being coached individually on these calls or listening to someone else get coached, I am always learning something. And everything discussed has value to my experience. If you're looking for a "life" coach focused on changing your mindset with respect to nutrition and self-image, Bonnie and Kayla are amazing. I decided today to rejoin the program so that I can continue to have the support network that I found to be so valuable in the past. Looking forward to working with everyone again and choosing to put me first.

I learned a lot about healthy eating through the body challenges, and the comrodery is awesome. You never feel like you are an outsider from the minute you walk in through the gym doors.
