It is easy to schedule classes and it was nice to find a gym that I can bring my kids to. The instructors are motivating and encourage you to push out of your comfort zone. If I could fit 5 days a week in my schedule, I absolutely would. You will leave feeling stronger and more motivated to keep moving your body.

The individual class program changes daily, so you're never bored - only challenged. The coaches know your name, and know your limits (and when to push them safely). It's amazing!

The workouts can be a bit of a Choose-Your-Own-Adventure and are set up for wide spectrum of fitness levels. The trainers are wonderful- getting to know you quickly, and offering tons of support and motivation. Highly recommend popping in if you're looking to start your fitness.
