★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve been coming to the cycle yard for reformer Pilates and mat Pilates classes since January and absolutely love it! The reformer essentials classes were perfect for introducing me as I was a beginner. Classes are high energy with great music and leave me feeling accomplished when I leave! Classes are inclusive and welcoming to everyone. 10/10 recommend!
July 18 · Lauren HostetlerI started at The Cycle Yard in January 2024 with the hopes of entering my “pilates era” & boy, did I!since I’ve tried every other workout under the sun, I really wanted to try reformer pilates. I was so nervous for my first class since that’s another thing I never did - group fitness classes. My first day, the girls in class were so sweet, Erica was amazing & attentive & the rest is history!Though I was a client turned instructor, my heart & body love it here. So much that I do just about every class they offer. Who comes back to the place they work when they have off just because they love it so much?! I know I can count on the instructors to motivate me & remind me why I showed up, no matter the day. You’re missing out if you don’t come here - community, support & a great workout every time.Don’t let the name fool you - they have it all! Come see for yourself!🤍🪩
July 23 · Jordan PersingI joined TCY at the beginning of the year looking to find something new. I started with Pilates with Erica and quickly became hooked. Erica & Jordan are gifted instructors who continue to push, inspire, and motivate me every day. I also started to do spin, and became surprised by how much I enjoyed it. Jess, Erin, and Cassie’s classes become powerful motivators for the body and the mind - and through their positivity you quickly forget that your legs are hurting. The Cycle Yard isn’t your average gym. It’s an incredible community where all are welcomed, encouraged, and motivated to keep coming back.
July 30 · Amanda K.I’ve been going to TCY since August 2024. As someone with social anxiety and fear to go out and do things by myself, I Immediately felt welcomed and motivated. I have completed over 50 classes since August. I have finally found a fitness home in NEPA. I have been to numerous studios and gyms in the area and not a single place can compare to the support that tcy naturally has. All the instructors are kind, understanding and cheering for you. There’s no shame or embarrassment in modifying your work out to cater to you and it’s ENCOURAGED here to listen to your body. I can endlessly write to persuade you check TCY out or you can just come join us and start your journey earlier.
January 25 · SHARON GranataI was nervous to begin reformer Pilates after having a c-section only two months prior, but Erica’s reformer fundamentals class was just what I needed to ease into Pilates without being too hard on my body. I have recently graduated to her regular reformer classes and I am already feeling stronger and more toned than ever! Erica is a great instructor and does a good job at pushing you while still being gentle and letting you go at your own pace. I look forward to class every week!
