The 4-station structure keeps things fresh and dynamic—each station has 2 to 3 challenging exercises, and that 8-minute window pushes you to give it your all without feeling overwhelmed. The trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging, and always there to ensure you maintain proper form. I’ve seen noticeable improvements in both strength and endurance since joining, and I actually look forward to coming back each week. Not only did I find a place that helped me continue to grow stronger and more confident, but I made some incredible friendships. The programming is simple but effective and gives you the opportunity to consistently achieve new goals. The coaches and staff care about you as a person and the other members are warm and friendly.
