I came here for the first time earlier today and was pleasantly surprised how fun the class was! Some take aways:(1) this place built a welcoming culture that supports each other to push themselves. (2) they have a lot of "regulars", which is a great! One person commented that they've been coming for 5 years and comes 3 times a week!(3) the instructor really cares, and makes sure everyone is doing the exercises correctly (I don't remember her name unfortunately - but she was tatted)Overall, great spot to workout!

The coaches there are friendly and check to make sure you are making the best you that you can be. You will never feel discouraged about yourself while you are here.
