I’ve been coming consistently for about 9 months and I’ll let the progress pictures speak for themselves. When I started I weighed approx. 145 lbs and by March I was weighing 115 lbs. & although 30 lbs does not seem much keep in mind I’m only 4’11 and the difference is noticeable. I’ve always struggled with weight loss and keeping the weight off has been the most challenging part but consistency is key. I was able to lose the weight by consistently showing up for my workouts & the trainers take care of the rest. I didn’t follow any strict diet but I did begin to make better food choices. If I would’ve followed the camps nutrition plan, I’m certain the results would’ve been even better. But I’m so thankful for this place that has the most welcoming staff and encouraging trainers. So if you’re thinking about joining, do it! It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made.

I Love this place. The welcoming environment, the work out that’s make you sweat, and most importantly the friendly coaches that are always pushing you past what you think your limits are.
