Guilia’s 8am lower body classes are killer and a great way to start your day. They also have an amazing (and very manageable) ‘lifestyle program’ to help change your workout and diet habits. The gym manager Michelle does a great job at clearly explaining and going through your workouts/meal plans so you become your strongest and healthiest self. I have never felt better!!!!

I actually stumbled upon the camp through a friend, and from the very first visit, I felt the incredible energy of the people, the trainers, and the staff. Every trainer I’ve worked with has been amazing, but two stand out for truly shaping my fitness journey: Edwin Medina (currently at the NoHo location) and Liz, the director of TC Burbank. And, they offer several class times to meet my ever-changing needs so that I never miss a workout. I have also met great friends which helps hold each other accountable.
