Le is a no BS kind of lady and I love it. Her classes are hard, to the point, and fast paced. If you’re looking for a relaxing workout, go elsewhere, you’ll leave the studio dripping sweat and wondering why you haven’t been coming to the 100s your whole life. I’m so happy I found this studio… best pilates studio in NYC, changed my life!
July 13 · Melina George100s Pilates is the best studio I have been to in New York. The instructors are all fantastic and the small group class allows them to be very attentive to each client. The classes are challenging and the teachers are great at educating correct technique/form on all the different exercises. The 100s team is extremely dedicated and motivating and I look forward to continuing at 100s!

Listening to them trash talk other pilates instructors (among numerous other people and places and things) made me feel like I was in a high school cafeteria, not a class taught by a 30-something woman. I emailed the owner directly about the experience and didn’t receive any response. I’d recommend you try one of the other local studios instead.

Even though I was a beginner, it was easy to follow along and the coaching felt very specific to each individual in the class. Loved the instructor, the atmosphere and I can't wait to go back!
