And the trainers are top notch. If you want to get stronger, shed pounds, or just feel and move better, check this place out.

I ate whatever I wanted, when I wanted and had no regard for what it may be doing to my body. Flash forward to now.....I really began my fitness journey a year ago with TFL FITNESS CENTER and the results have been tremendous. I’ve always been “thin” but never have I ever felt so confident in my my own body and my ability to improve it on all levels. Learning what to eat and what not to eat was the easy part. Actually doing it and sticking to it as much as I possibly can is tough. I can’t wait to see what this year brings in my fitness journey.
