Instructors are encouraging and helpful especially when it comes to safety (I love to throw my back out as a nurse). Rates are reasonable since you get unlimited access. It’s a good way of life to remain dedicated, fit and active. There is a good vibe and atmosphere. Worth it in every way!

Foolishly I left the gym to join a standard gym, motivation went down - intensity of workouts went down. Worked out in isolation, lost all progress. Been back for a month and already in best shape I’ve been in in over a year. It’s just a no brainer. Classes are fun and have intensity/sophistication programmed in. People are cool. Space is big and clean. Music is loud. Don’t be silly. Pay a few extra bucks and join a gym that will get you in shape and make you some friends.
