May 16 · Kara SparkmanI love this gym!! I joined to combine cardio with my weightlifting routine, and it’s been amazing! Not only have I seen improvements to my cardiovascular health after taking just a few classes, but I’ve actually easily maintained and even improved my strength in some areas. I like that there are different formats for classes, and the gym space is clean, organized and well equipped. A big bonus is AC and ceiling fans which have been great when we’ve had heat waves. But honestly the best part has been how friendly and fun the instructors and community are!! You feel very welcome no matter the level you are at, and the playlists during workouts are great! I’ve taken classes with Lindsey, Cam and Molly and I can’t recommend them enough 👏 and don’t be afraid to ask for modifications for exercised. They are knowledgeable and will quickly give you other options.
