What is Worth Choosing
Choosing Sweet Feet Yoga is a choice to invest in the holistic health of your entire family with a local Illinois business that is genuinely committed to supporting every stage of life. It is worth choosing for several clear reasons that resonate with the values of the local community.
Firstly, the studio is not a generic, large-scale fitness center; it is a specialized, boutique environment led by experts like Dana Robinson, who possesses advanced, registered training in prenatal and children's yoga. This level of specialization translates directly into higher-quality, safer, and more impactful classes for sensitive populations, such as expectant mothers and growing children. The encouraging, kind, and informative approach of the team creates a non-intimidating space where both children and first-time adult practitioners feel entirely welcome and supported.
Secondly, the documented success with youth groups, especially in developing focus and a resilient mindset, highlights the studio's ability to offer real, tangible benefits that extend beyond mere physical flexibility. The feedback from local wrestling clubs is a powerful testament to the studio's skill in teaching young athletes to manage competition stress and concentrate effectively, skills that are invaluable both in sports and in life. This ability to integrate mindful practice with practical, high-stakes application makes the youth programs at Sweet Feet Yoga a unique and wise investment for Illinois parents.
Finally, the inclusive structure—offering classes from Prenatal to Adult—means that Sweet Feet Yoga can become a long-term partner in your family's wellness journey. The convenience of having a single, trusted local resource for Mom's Prenatal class, Baby & Me bonding, and Dad’s Vinyasa flow, all with easy accessibility and payment options, makes this studio a standout choice for the Illinois community in the 60014 area.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am very impressed with the way Dana was about to work with the children and get them to focus. Our boys had Dana from Sweet Feet Yoga come to their wrestling practice and work with the whole team. It was really something to see all the young wrestlers listen and enjoy their yoga. Dana focused on their flexibility and their mindset. The young wrestlers did phenomenal after this practice in their tournaments.I am a firm believer that the training that was given for their flexibility and mindset really helped them achieve the success they were looking for. Many of the wrestlers have stress of their matches, but Dana was focused on getting them to only focus on the match they had without worrying about their past matches or their opponents record. They just did what they had to when they were in the match and did not focus on the factors they could not control.Dana has visited a few times to do this with the Wolves Wrestling Club and it is a lot of fun for the young wrestlers.
March 06 · Nicholas A.My son and I absolutely LOVE sweet feet! I went for prenatal, baby and me and still going to tots yoga with my little guy. Dana and her team are truly beautiful people. They are encouraging, kind and informative. They are wonderful with little ones and mommas alike and create an atmosphere of calm and acceptance - THANK YOU!
August 17 · Emily KPI did prenatal yoga here and have had my son in class for several months now. It is the best combo of zen and fun! Definitely the highlight of our week! Ms. Dana does the perfect job of creating an age appropriate class. Can’t say enough wonderful things!
March 26 · Jacqueline WoodI want to pass along my deepest appreciation for everything the SweetFeet team does for the community. Both for their services, but also all their resourcefulness. Yoga practice has always been deeply important to me, so it was just a natural progression that prenatal yoga would, with a doubt, be part of my pregnancy. I am so thankful to have found SweetFeet, a studio that offers a variety of prenatal classes, and a supportive community of soon to be moms. My prenatal practice over these past few months certainly helped in not only a fantastic pregnancy, but also a remarkable experience during labor and delivery. I will absolutely be recommending SweetFeet to expecting mama I know!
November 25 · Monica RenczarskiMy daughter (2) and I love SFY! We started in the Tots class and we learned so many fun songs and rhymes, as well as yoga stretches. I loved that Dana included moves and explanations to help with common health topics like lung development and gas. Dana's knowledge and background in early childhood education is invaluable and she finds a way to connect with every child. Her dedication and love for kid's yoga goes beyond the weekly class and she even does fun videos my daughter loves to do at home.I recently joined the Mom's yoga class on Tuesdays taught by one of Dana's trained teachers. Laura was very kind, knowledgeable and easy to follow. The class was challenging, but as a beginner, I had no problem following along and felt very comfortable, thanks to her guidance. I left feeling more relaxed and ready to take on the rest of the week.We have also had a few private events hosted by SFY and they were all so fun and well planned. We definitely recommend for birthday parties (children and adults) and play dates.Overall, I highly recommend SFY. You wouldn't find a better kids yoga practice around! It is the highlight of our week.
