The vibes are great- and Jon nurtures a positive, encouraging, but also great learning environment. September 07 · Hoai LuuI've been a member of Sweep the Sheds for about 2 months now. It's my first time going to a dedicated Olympic weightlifting gym and it's been a great experience! I have noticed definite improvement in my strength and technique. Coach Jon has created a great atmosphere that's very welcoming to everyone, both beginners and experienced athletes alike. He gives great coaching advice and confidence to his athletes. I do enjoy watching him work with the younger athletes (high school and below). He lets them know when they need to focus but also can stand back and let them figure things out on their own when needed.It's been exciting to join an up and coming group at a new location. I absolutely recommend checking it out to anyone interested!

They do an amazing job teaching the kids about form and technique, in addition to hard work, taking responsibility, being coachable, and being part of a team. My son is excited every time we go to Sweep the Sheds to workout and is absolutely becoming a better athlete. We cannot recommend this program enough if your kid is looking to work on their speed, strength, and agility in a fun and hard working environment.
