She always starts the class checking in with the student’s ability on that day. Her sequences are well planned addressing the full body. Her instructions are clear with emphasis on precision and alignment leaving the body more open than before. She knows when to push and when to not push during the practice. She meets each student at where they are in their journey. I highly recommend her.

That one session helped me to understand the importance of breathing, keeping the body flexible and the best thing I learnt is “let go” attitude and mindfulness . It’s been two months now, I am learning yoga from Srujana !!A wonderful teacher who helps to understand each Aasana with their respective health benefits.
