Choosing a gymnastics school for your child is a significant decision, and Surgent's Elite School of Gymnastics makes a powerful case for being the right choice for New Jersey families. The reviews from real customers highlight the core values and benefits that set this school apart.
One of the most compelling reasons to choose Surgent's is the genuine sense of family and community. A long-time patron shared that their son has been a part of the Surgent's family since he was just 1.5 years old, starting with the "Mommy and Me" class. The fact that they are "still here" years later is a testament to the lasting positive impact and strong bonds formed at the school. The family's expression of gratitude, "Thank you Matt and Staff for making us a part of the Surgent's Elite family. We π love it here!!!!" underscores the warm and welcoming culture that the staff, led by Matt, has cultivated.
The positive experience for young children is another major highlight. The parents of three-year-old twins were "thrilled with experience." They praised the staff for making them feel "welcome and at ease" from the moment they arrived. They also noted that the facility is "clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed for young children." This attention to detail ensures that even the youngest students can thrive in a secure environment. The review also pointed out that the instructors are "patient, energetic, and create a fun and engaging atmosphere," which led to their twins developing "so much confidence and coordination." This demonstrates that the school's focus is not just on skills, but on holistic child development.
The low student-to-teacher ratio is a crucial factor that parents appreciate, as it allows for "plenty of individual attention." This is vital for safety and for ensuring each child receives the personalized guidance they need to succeed. The school's extensive program list, from specialized camps to men's gymnastics, ensures that there is always something new to explore as a child grows.
In conclusion, Surgent's Elite School of Gymnastics is more than just a place to learn gymnastics. It is a true family hub where children can build skills, confidence, and lasting friendships in a safe and supportive environment. The dedication of the staff, the breadth of the programs, and the undeniable sense of community make it a top choice for any parent in New Jersey looking for a rewarding and fun activity for their child.

The facility is clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed for young children. The instructors are exceptional. They are patient, energetic, and create a fun and engaging atmosphere for the kids. Our twins have developed so much confidence and coordination since starting classes here. It's amazing to see them learn new skills and grow more comfortable trying new things. The class sizes are small, which allows for plenty of individual attention. The equipment is well-maintained, and the variety of activities keeps the kids excited and focused. We also appreciate the flexibility in scheduling and the easy communication with the staff.Overall, we couldn't be happier with our choice of gymnastics gym for our twins. We highly recommend Surgent's to any parent looking to introduce their child to the world of gymnastics in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
March 31 Β· Patrick CyranaIt's definitely a family gym and most importantly the staff is awesome. My 8 years old son has been a part of Surgent's Elite gym since the Mommy and Me class, which he started when my son was 1 1/2 years of age and we are still here. Thank you Matt and Staff for making us a part of the Surgent's Elite family. We π love it here!!!!
April 17 Β· Yanet CrucetMy friend child attended here sadly enough she lost her life, mom asked to cancel they stated it needed to be done in person or via email. She did just that just to be told she needs to provide 2weeks notice, she asked to speak to the manager and informed her this is a highly sensitive matter at which point manager said she will call her back. She has not gotten and response back and they charged her a late fee for the month and continuously sending invoices!!! I will also have my children removed as well
December 21 Β· Lakisha Samuel (Kisha)I'll begin with the instructor was great! Other than that the place needs ventilation, it's stuffy and it smells like a old pair of wet Nikes. There's NO organization!! On our 1st day we got NO instructions as to where to go let alone an introduction to the instuctor. To top it off they don't have a safe dismal routine. They just let the kids run off w/o knowing if they're with a parent. The man collecting payment is rude and only interested in payment. Lastly, it's unsanitary. Everyone walks on the mats with their shoes.
December 11 Β· Berny LopezThere are multiple location for this business. the location Iβm semi familiar with is the Roselle Park location. The parking and building is cramped there is no ventilation it smells and muggy. The toddler class has no organization the instructor was kind but she seemed to be a high school student not a certified gymnast. Compared to othe gymnastics studios the appearance can be more appealing especially when it comes to the health and safety of the children
