The staff is exceptional, and my instructor, Eishia B., brings such great energy and has been incredibly supportive—especially helpful as someone managing back and knee issues.I highly recommend it, especially if you’re new to Pilates. You’ll get a great workout and an even better overall experience. As a Black woman, it’s also been exciting and affirming to see other Black people in the space, including Black instructors. I wasn’t sure what to expect as a beginner, but I’ve felt nothing but welcomed and comfortable.If you’ve been on the fence about trying reformer Pilates, don’t hesitate—it’s absolutely worth it!

They watch you carefully and make adjustments and modifications , if necessary. As a senior, I find that especially helpful. Each class is different; all are challenging but double. I will be back.
August 09 · Theotis CallenderI really enjoy taking Pilates classes at this studio.We follow an instructional video during the session, and the instructor walks around to correct our posture.These two points are what I love most:• The video clearly shows what to do next, so even if I lose track, I don’t have to look at the person next to me. (Also, no one’s watching you, which is great!)• The instructor gives frequent posture corrections, so I feel like I’m doing Pilates more effectively.All the instructors are kind and gentle. If you prefer a quiet, calm atmosphere, I highly recommend Katrina L. She always asks, “May I touch you?” before making any corrections, which I find very respectful and professional.The movements aren’t too hard, but they’re definitely effective. I always feel good after class!
August 04 · MasaI signed up for the intro deal (which is so good) and have been loving my first six classes so much I immediately signed up for Hell Week. The classes are super challenging but they feel like they fly by, and the instructors are motivating and push you to work hard while still maintaining good form. I had never taken a class with screens displaying the workouts and I actually really like it because you always have an example of what you should look like but the instructor is still free to walk around and make corrections. Overall I really like their style, programming, and instructors. Eisha especially keeps me motivated!
