All of the staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Throughout the class the instructors were very engaged and hands on with form corrections. The instructors made sure that everyone was using correct form and modifying the techniques as needed for each individual. Thanks to the instructors the class was not only challenging for advanced members but also suitable for beginners as well.

My wife and I joined STRONG as soon as it opened and it’s been great! If you want to build muscle, balance, stamina, and flexibility, this is the place to be! I highly recommend joining. Tino, Pat, and the instructors have been welcoming and made me feel comfortable as one of the few men there. The instructors are attentive and helpful with any modifications I’ve needed.
