If you are an athlete and want to get better, faster, and stronger. Go to Strides! I have experienced it myself as an OHL draft pick out of the Strides program. I am a Strength and Conditioning Coach myself and am pursuing a PhD in Exercise Physiology. I still utilize a lot of the principles that Mike would implement in my training programs as well as when I was learning under him. He is a strength training guru, you won’t regret it!
