September 20 · KPMy experience with Strength & Honor has been positive! About 5 weeks ago I decided it's time for a change. My energy levels where so low and my eating habits where not good. My biggest issue was trying to fit in my schedule when to eat. I tended to eat about 2 meals a day, way to late and let's not talk about my sugar cravings! Since beginning this journey with Julie, she has helped me learn more what a balanced meal is and when to eat what. Plus she's sent me some great recipes!! I had no idea where to start. Physically, my body was horrible. I could not walk to my mailbox without sitting on a bench. After being over 300 pounds on 3 different visits with my PCP for my annual check-ups I had enough. I was tired of having the doctor tell me to lose weight. On my last visit, when this familiar conversation came up, she told me she had someone to recommend. And that person was Julie.Throughout this program, I am becoming more of a complete person.
