★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1SCF is a wonderful gym. Karen meets you where you at and builds from their. In one on one sessions with Karen she tailors a program specific to you. She helps to develop accurate form so exercises can been done correctly and she can hone into any problem or struggle areas she can see.When I started working with Karen I needed rotator cuff surgery. When my surgey was canceled due to a covid an exposure , Karen built a program for me to get me stronger and to have more range of motion. After about 5 months of working with Karen I was no longer experienceing pain and my surgeon stated I know longer required surgery as I had full range of motion and I was no longer in pain. I had built enough strength in my shoulder to no longer require surgery.After working with Karen one on one for several months I started taking her small group classes. The classes are great and the people make the classes so fun. The environment is very supportive and encouraging. I love the team atmosphere and actually get upset if I miss a class.Working with Karen at SCF has been truly life changing for me.If you are on the fence about joining a gym or working with a trainer, just reach out to Karen and she can help you!!

The trainer designs your one-on-one workouts for your needs and works with your strengths and weaknesses to make your body stronger and to reach your fitness goals. There are also group strength, conditioning, and stretch classes where we have fun while we train. We encourage and support each other. It's a great gym, with great equipment, and great place to workout - one-on-one or in a class.

The classes that are offered are amazing, each class is instructed which I think is one of the best aspects of them. I truly enjoy the small gym feel compared to bigger named gyms. To say Strength Connection Fitness has helped me physically and mentally is an understatement. It has transformed me!
