Scotty and his team take the utmost care to ensure that their clients are working out in a safe, inclusive, and fun environment, while still making sure that we’re getting the results we seek for our fitness.I’ve been lifting weights and regularly going to the gym for over 15 years, and I have never felt stronger and healthier than I do after I started going to Stomping Grounds. Scotty has trained numerous pregnant women and will provide alternate exercises for safety. I really appreciate that the strength classes are focused on heavy lifting and include exercises with the barbell, trap bar etc. It is a great class for beginners and for those who are advanced. Besides a great workout, I do enjoy the social aspect of working with everyone else at gym. It is a fun environment and it's the longest I've ever stuck to a program.
