The trainers are great people who actually care and put a lot of work annd time into putting together programming that is both challenging and interesting. All levels of athletes feel welcomed and challenged by the programming. This isn’t some cookie cutter CrossFit box rather it’s personalized training in a fun and engaging environment. Definitely definitely highly recommend.
