It's all modified based on your level of fitness, and you're going to get an amazing workout with knowledgeable instructors, friendly staff, and super cool members! I tried one class and signed up immediately. You won't regret it!
August 25 · Ashley SeibertThis was an excellent combo of spin, strength, and yoga. Rick was my instructor and his Playlist was amazing! He was super encouraging and I never felt pressure to do more than I could. I also liked that they turned down the lights to work out. It made it feel more fun and less focused on straight fitness. I had a wonderful conversation with Rick afterwards of him expressing this was a place for escape from the real world some days more than it was just for fitness. I really feel the SPENGA community is super supportive and very motivating!
