August 03 · Shanean TonickFirst timer at SPENGA… This review was written a day after my session - let’s just say I’m feeling sore, in a good way. Sunday session with Marina was amazing!!! I’ve never done spin before and she definitely made me feel like I’m not a noob. The spin session was great, definitely exceeded my expectations. The strength session was great, it felt like a HIIT session for me and I loved it! I missed lifting weights and it’s great to have it incorporated in the workout session. And finally, the yoga session. Great way to stretch the body after an intense workout session. After the workout, it made me feel like I want to come back again.. And so I am. Next Sunday.
September 08 · Rona MI’ve been to many workout studios and I have to say that SPENGA is one of my favorites because each class offers a variety of workouts (spin, strength training, and yoga) in one. I get easily bored when doing one type of workout for 45-60 minutes, but I don’t feel that way with SPENGA because each segment is about 20 minutes. Besides the workout itself, there is a sense of community at the studio and all of the staff are super friendly. They really make you feel welcomed.

Nice and clean facility with an incredible workout format that combines cardio, strength training and stretching/ recovery into one session.Coaches and the entire staff are very friendly and supportive. I am enjoying my sessions so far and would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a well rounded workout routine.
