Not only does Southpaw Boxing Gym have your essential gym equipment, they have amazing classes ON & OFF the heavy bags. I've learned a lot over the last 4 months and my Impact Wrap Scores have increased significantly from day 1. Kim & Mike are great, always welcomed with a smile by Emily at the front desk & all the trainers are exceptional. It's also the first gym I've been to where the members are also very helpful. Kim & Mike have built a great atmosphere at Southpaw, so whether Boxing is new to you or your looking to change it up check them out.

As an older man who had never trained in boxing before, I was concerned that it might be too much for me. Also the manager Emily is an exceptional helper, she go out of her way to help us in any other way she can. In all southpaw is not only a gym, it’s like a family to us.

Not only do you get a crazy good workout in but you also have this amazing community of people (the owners, staff/instructors, & members) to befriend. Because of Southpaw I’ve met friends that I couldn’t imagine not having in my life. All of the instructors adapt their classes differently to make it fresh and new each time and are there to help you when needed. I cannot stress how amazing everyone is there and how great the classes are. Walking into Southpaw always puts a smile on my face.
October 21 · Cheyenne VWhat a great program/ facility!! Southpaw has given my son the confidence he was lacking. We have become like family here, everyone is so friendly. The facility is spotless. The trainers really take the time to get to know and give 1:1 coaching even in the group classes.
