They are attentive to everyone’s ailments and adjusts as needed or knows their strengths and is right by their side for everyone’s successes. Soundbody is the most amazing place for physical and mental growth!!! So excited to see where Soundbody grows from here.Also - they have the best reverse osmosis water ever.

It’s a kind and welcoming environment, that also has an energetic feel. It’s clean, classy, and has a beautiful aesthetic. Not to mention, the reformers in this studio are top tier! I love this place and the people in it make it that much better.

Their classes are 50 minutes long which in my opinion is the perfect amount of time. The owner is super sweet, personable and welcoming. The rest of the staff is very helpful. Looking forward to trying out all the different classes they offer.

The studio vibe is calm yet energizing, and their playlists are always on point, just the right mix to keep you moving and motivated. They create such a welcoming atmosphere, and their guidance makes every session feel intentional and empowering. I always walk out feeling stronger and totally recharged. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a challenging yet welcoming reformer experience! Side note: the studio is beautiful!!
