⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10Gricelda is an absolute powerhouse of a core class instructor! Her energy is infectious from the moment you walk in, and she has an incredible ability to keep everyone fully engaged from start to finish. She explains movements clearly, motivates you to push past your limits, and somehow makes even the toughest core burn feel fun. Every session is upbeat, challenging, and leaves you feeling stronger and more accomplished. If you want a class that flies by because you’re having such a great time, Gricelda is the one to take!
August 11 · Joshua CamachoAfter trying Solidcore, all other Pilates studios are insipid. Recommend Mahie’s classes, very cheerful.
June 17 · Laura LZJenny is a sweetheart and her class was super fun!!!! This was my first time doing a pilates class and she def is a wonderful instructor!
August 29 · harley hortonGenerally good classes, some of their policies are really annoying—hence the 1 star.I booked a class for myself and was able to sign up a friend (for free as part of my membership) but we cancelled our class the night before, way before the 10 hour cancellation window. Found out later that they didn’t cancel my friend, so it ended up being a “late charge” per Cheyenne and now I can’t bring anyone else for the next 30 days. Super annoying because if I cancelled the class for both of us, why wasn’t her class cancelled. Cheyenne emailed me saying “sorry for the confusion” —okay but didn’t give me my free buddy class back. Really frustrating because I love to bring friends who are interested! Don’t think I will ever be signing up (or a friend) for her class.
November 08 · Jenna KangSolidcore is a fun and intense form of Pilates that is performed on a sliding platform. It is challenging but modifications can be made for more support. It's a face-paced environment and the coaches do a great job of motivating you to work hard.Even after taking my first class, I can feel an difference in my core strength and definition. I would come here more often if it was closer to where I live. If you want to achieve fast results for building a strong core and endurance, this is the way to go!
