They had to mark me as no show, despite checking in.They knew this meant I’d have to pay the 30$ cancellation fee but offered no solution beyond an apology.I’m not saying this place is bad overall, but I absolutely do not recommend booking their classes through ClassPass.

I was visitng a friend in Boston, and accidentally booked the wrong class via classplass due to being on the west coast on a different time zone. So I booked with a friend who lives there and Summer at the Fenway location completely disregarded that, and put me on blast in front of the whole class with the microphone on. She checked my friend in, and then once she realized I booked the wrong class, my friend chose to leave with me after I decided not to pay $40 out of pocket within the 1 min I had to decide. She then "un-checked her in" and made her also pay the cancellation fee after we both showed up.Vibes were not it, and I told her I didn't want to waste any of the other classes time. What a bummer for showing up for the first time experience, and how awkward for the rest of the class.

Super motivating, had great energy, offered great corrections and modifications, and just led the class perfectly! Can’t wait for next week!
