★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I absolutely love the SolidCore experience at the Arsenal Yards location! The free parking is a convenient bonus, but the real stars are the incredible coaches. They are truly top-tier—welcoming, motivational, and dedicated to making every visit feel like a personal victory. From the moment I step into the studio, I feel empowered and supported. If you’re looking for a challenging, rewarding workout in a positive environment, this is the place to be!
December 31 · Evetty SatterfieldI really wanted to love Solidcore, but I’ve had a frustrating experience trying to get in touch with them. It’s been nearly impossible to reach the studio by phone or leave a voicemail, and it seems like the only option is to physically show up. For a workout that’s priced at a premium and marketed as a luxury experience, I expected a higher level of customer service. I hope they consider improving their communication channels-it would make a big difference for clients who genuinely want to engage.
July 01 · AnyaUnfortunately, my initial concerns about SolidCore Arsenal Yards have been fully confirmed. While the workout itself is excellent and many of the instructors are kind, professional, and truly fantastic, the management and client services side of the business is deeply disappointing and frankly unacceptable.Over the past seven days, I’ve attempted multiple times to sign up for a new package or membership. I’ve left voicemails, sent several emails, and even physically showed up at the studio throughout the week, yet no one has followed up or helped me successfully complete my purchase. I’m literally trying to give this business money to continue working out, and no one seems to care. For a high-priced, “luxury” fitness brand, this level of disorganization and disregard for client communication is shocking. It shouldn’t take a week of chasing people down just to become a paying member again. The instructors are the only saving grace of this experience. Unfortunately, they’re not the ones managing client onboarding or handling memberships, which is where the true problem lies. There’s a serious lack of professionalism, urgency, and communication from the front desk and whoever handles memberships and client relations at this location. This has been a major turnoff and continues to tarnish my overall experience with SolidCore. This studio in particular has a lot of work to do to reach even basic standards of customer service.
August 03 · Anna SzI have been going to Solidcore since 2022. In 2024 I got pregnant and paused my membership. My due date was in November and they said I could restart in January but that if for any reason I wanted to extend it further I could do that no problem. They also said that they would reach out to me before I was charged for anything. Then January came and I was charged without any notice. I had very difficult delivery and was (and am) still recovering so I told them about the charge and that I wanted to delay another 2 months. They said sorry and that that payment would go towards my first month back and I wouldn’t be charged again until my second month back. Then in February I was charged AGAIN. I told them what happened and they said they would look into it. That was a month ago. I have reached out several times over email trying to follow up and even texted their emergency line out of desperation. All of this while recovering and taking care of an infant. I am do disappointed after being a member for so long. They have lost a previously very loyal customer and I am going to dispute the charges with my credit card company. So disappointing. I’m not sure how these issues are handled behind the scenes between the different locations, but I never had any issues getting in touch with people at the south end location.UPDATE: The South End location was able to sort out all of my issues thankfully. So what I said still stands, the South End location is the best!
