After getting on the machine, the instructor told me I had to leave class because it had just turned to the 6th minute. I tried to find this in policy and could not find it. I will end up calling corporate.

October 19 · Devin RWorkouts are the absolute BEST, but not sure if I will be able to continue given how loud it is at this location. I've talked to them (and emailed) and have learned that studios 'have to keep the volume at a certain level to stay on brand,' but for whatever reason, this particular studio is significantly louder than others I've visited (Harbor East). Not sure if it's the size of the room or just the volume of the instructors' voices, but it's really too much for me even with earplugs! My ears ring for hours after class. :-(. I'm sad about it.
