★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It has been a positive experience for me taking classes at this studio. The atmosphere is welcoming. Rita has been an excellent instructor, and I have enjoyed her classes. She is very knowledgeable, and is good at giving instructions, so you feel comfortable in her class. It’s a calm, and relaxed environment.I look forward to experiencing, and learning more from the variety of classes that they offer.
August 07 · Ann HillardMy husband purchased 12 maternity yoga sessions for me for Mother's Day. I'm currently 6 mos pregnant and wanted to try yoga to assist with round ligament pain and preparing my body for birth. That was 2 months ago. Since then we have called 5 times (3 to the studio/2 to the owner), left messages, and my husband had gone to the studio two times to get scheduled for the maternity sessions as they are not listed as class options on the website. We have not received one call back or any assistance from anyone. Not from the owner. Not from the instructors or admin staff. My husband requested a refund and we haven't been given that either. This is so unprofessional and disappointing for a business that encourages wellness but doesn't follow through.
July 01 · Noel BallardWent for the first time today with Katelyn, my daughter to the hot yoga class . The place is nice and clean and Cylie has a good pace and rhythm with her flow. You have time to transition and get into the pose correctly. Her voice is pleasant and calming. She provides excellent instruction during the session.
July 21 · K GoSigned up for my first class and left early. Instructor was a sub and had NO qualifications for teaching the class. They are all advertised as certified. Did not know names of poses, did not properly instruct for moving into and out of for success, was not physically fit and had very poor form. Probably 10-15 years younger than me at minimum and couldn’t hold a plank for 30 seconds. This is not a yoga studio. It’s a sham and unsafe. Glad I only paid for one class. Pulled my plank at 1:15 and walked out. If you want to practice yoga, you’re better off with a video subscription. Educate yourself on certs and levels and find a safe instructor and place.
June 20 · Kim GuercioI cant say enough wonderful things about the Sol to Soul community. Wonderful, knowledgeable instructors and all great vibes! Grateful for Sol to Soul!
