Her knowledge as a PT makes her instruction and classes very different from usual yoga classes. I've been able to learn so much about strengthening muscle groups and increasing mobility, all while also practicing asanas, meditation, lymphatic drainage, and learning about the mind-body connection. Amy has a very unique way of structuring her classes and her vocal cues are truly the best!Amy's really passionate about yoga, wellness, and fitness and always creates a safe, positive, and supportive environment to practice in. I would highly recommend Sol Seed Yoga for starting off your fitness journey or advancing it while learning about how to do it in the safest way possible for you.
