This is not advertised on the website and should be communicated before payment for a class is made.This is a hippa violation to ask me about my health status. Unbelievable when the vaccines are not even fda approved and have known side effects yet are being required by this business. Since I have blood clots in My family history it is not advised that I take the vaccine because of known complications from the vaccine. I have asthma, wearing a mask while working out compromises my ability to breath properly, this is ridiculous.
