Sivasana is never rushed — this happens in 75 minutes! Her unique playlists often stay with me hours later - today the message “I am my own medicine… I am my own best friend “ sunk into my subconscious and rings true! All of my senses are engaged. The sounds of birds singing outside, the butterflies, the mist of light rain is all part of the experience … I am so Grateful for the Skybird community and to be able to practice in such a beautiful barn space.. looking forward to retreat in September! namaste 🙏🏽

Elizabeth is an incredible, skilled, caring teacher and her classes are way beyond what one might expect to find in rural Michigan. She is a gift to everyone who meets her and to our little community (where she has a very active fanbase and following!) I've practiced yoga in many, many places and there is nothing that quite compares to Elizabeth's holistic approach.
