Within the first month of working with Nick I started seeing results I had never gotten on my own. Nick crafted a customized workout routine for me based on my goals and gives excellent advice on how to master the technique for every exercise. Working with Nick has given me the skills I need to build my strength, and the confidence that if I stick to the program I will get the results I need. Nick is a very friendly guy and does a great job of pushing and encouraging me without turning in to a drill sergeant. Nick has also been very accommodating with my busy, hectic schedule. I thought it would take me a couple tries to find a trainer I liked, but I am perfectly satisfied with Nick and look forward to continuing my fitness journey with him.
