The Hyrox class on Sundays are awesome. Intense workout similiar to doing the real race except in a room. It does get crowded but still able to do the full 8 - 1km run and 8 stations. Instructor Alice is awesome. Very encouraging and keeps us motivated throughout the 75 min class.The other classes throughout the week are similiar to what I already do at F45 and Orange Theory; so there is a lot of overlap.Overall, very happy that I was able to get a limited membership here as this will prepare me for my Men's Open Hyrox Race in Anaheim and Men's Double Open Race in Vancouver, Canada, both in December.Happy Shreddin... - B W
