Sevaa Brooklyn Reviews

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Classes at Sevaa are a dynamic offering! Beau is a warm, knowledgeable and intuitive instructor- which helps both new and well-versed yogis come into power on their mat! I feel empowered + regenerated when taking class here. Class attendees are friendly + diverse. 1:1 class was great to focus on improving postures and overall strengthening of my practice. The space is super clean and very comfortable. Thank you Sevaa Brooklyn!
October 01 · K TI reserved a spot in a class at this studio and received an extremely unwelcoming and rude disposition from Beau the instructor. Not only was Beau late for her class, she took her frustration out on me (a newcomer). In order to prevent an escalation between her and I, I decided to leave and not participate in the class. As a black woman desperately seeking a black and woman owned fitness space, I’m extremely saddened by the treatment I received today. Beau needs a serious attitude adjustment. If being an instructor is not her passion (which it appeared), she should consider another field.
September 17 · Phylicia DunnDid a stretch class while traveling, and it made me feel brand new!! The space was very safe and comfortable to be in, the class size was intimate meaning you get more help and attention, and there class was thorough. Never usually leave reviews but this was that good - wish I lived near by!
September 25 · Sherry ZhengAfter reading the reviews I’m glad I’m not the only one! I arrived early for the 5:30 class looking for assistance, and just to inquire if there was any availability. I was not hopeful, knowing they don’t take walk-ins, but figured I would just ASK since the website was giving me issues all day and I couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Beau could not have been ruder. I left practically in tears and will never be back. It was the worst way to treat a new mom trying to get back into yoga on Mother’s Day.
May 15 · Abigail Cook-GonzalezSevaa has been a wonderful experience. The mixture of different practices into one session challenged my body and mind. Thanks Beau!Get to know the studio policies before you sign up for a class.
