He’s always been strong but his speed and agility has really improved as well as his overall athleticism! Couldn’t recommend anyone more!!

I had a knee injury from an old sports accident, and I thought I was stuck with my limited mobility. Cameron worked with me step by step, helping me build strength and confidence. Now, I’m deadlifting over 150 pounds, and my knee feels stronger than ever. His attention to detail, like correcting form and suggesting modifications, is incredible. Plus, the gym’s atmosphere is so encouraging—I’ve made some great friends here.
