What began as an effort to add strength training to support my bone health has turned into exercise I look forward to (I used to dislike weights and avoided them altogether). Bailee, Nick and the team are knowledgeable, helpful and make work outs fun and interesting. Every time I come in, I am doing something new. They push you to do more without compromising my health or safety. They acknowledge some limitations I have and modify exercises accordingly. They truly care about my safety, health and enjoyment. Not only is the staff great, the facilities are top notch.
