The studio and all its members are very welcoming and inclusive. It's a place where everyone is encouraged to grow at their own pace, without judgment or competition. They offer a variety of classes and workshops suitable for all levels- so there's something for everyone. Even my daughters enjoyed attending Cristina’s beginners ballet classes when they were little 💕.Cristina is super knowledgeable and skilled in her practice- and she’s also incredibly supportive and inspiring. She pays close attention to each student and offers personalized guidance. If you're looking for a yoga studio that offers exceptional classes, knowledgeable instructors, and a welcoming community- Sculpere is the perfect spot- I cannot recommend it highly enough!!
February 10 · Nikki BedenI've been going to Yoga and Pilates classes led by Cristina Espaillat for 2 weeks and her classes are now the favorite part of my morning routine. Her exceptional teaching style, combined with her warm and nurturing energy, creates a truly positive experience that feeds into the rest of my day. Cristina's classes are expertly crafted to challenge and engage students of all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Her attention to detail, precise cues, and thoughtful adjustments ensure that each student receives a personalized practice. What sets Cristina apart, however, is her genuine passion for yoga and her students.
August 06 · Pradeep BalajiLove Love Love this place! Have done Pilates for years and recently got back into it. Honestly love Cristina. The classes are amazing and also do personal sessions which truly are focused and individualized on my needs and goals. Since starting have really seen differences and look forward to sessions. Cristina is amazing and really has a niche and love for what she does. Thank you for being fabulous!!!!! A true community gem and a MUST TRY!!!!!!
February 07 · Paul RimarI love it here, and I’ve FINALLY found a studio and workout style I can stick to. Think of workouts that combine Yoga, Pilates and a dash of classical dance. Cristina’s approach to the class lineup is awesome. Every day has a different class, and they’re meant to compliment each other so that you can put together a weekly regimen that works for you. It’s an intimate, limited class size studio so everyone gets to know one another and it’s lovely- makes for a nice little culture within the space.I would go regardless because I enjoy class so much and was just looking to get stronger- but as an added bonus I ended up losing 20lbs after about 5 months of classes 3-4x a week!
