Sati Yoga & Wellness Introduce
In the vibrant tapestry of Atlanta’s wellness scene, Sati Yoga & Wellness stands out as a true gem, particularly for those seeking a sanctuary for non-heated, mindful movement. Located in the heart of Kirkwood, this studio is more than just a place to practice yoga; it's a warm, intentional, and truly welcoming community space. The studio is proudly Black-owned and women-owned, and this identity is woven into the very fabric of its mission. The owner and instructors put an incredible amount of care into building a safe and inclusive environment where everyone feels seen and supported. Sati Yoga & Wellness is a designated LGBTQ+ friendly and transgender safe space, emphasizing that all bodies are "yoga bodies." This philosophy is a refreshing departure from the often-intimidating atmospheres of other studios, inviting people to turn inward and connect with themselves in a deeply meaningful way. The studio's mission is to provide "deep, trauma-informed practices" that aim to restore and rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit. This approach goes beyond a physical workout, making it a home for those who are interested in self-care, stress release, and finding a peaceful escape from the daily grind. The calm, clean, and spacious studio is a reflection of this intention, and many visitors feel a sense of serenity from the moment they walk in. It’s a beautiful place to move, breathe, and connect, and the genuine energy and care from the owner and staff are palpable in every event and class.

July 14 · Jei KeaMy favorite yoga studio ever, please try it! The new student special is an amazing deal and even regular prices are affordable. They do yin yoga, meditation, breath work, and the spiritual and mental aspects of yoga better than any studio in Atlanta. The owner of the studio is amazing, it’s a local Black owned small business, and the community of people that go there is so lovely. I’ll never go anywhere else!
March 28 · Ada WoodI love you, Sati! This yoga studio feels like home. Kali has created a safe, inclusive and healing environment for her neighborhood and beyond. I love feeling comfortable to fully relax with the double doors locked and knowing that there are no phones in class. No matter what is happening in life, Sati is there for me.
