★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I'm usually not the person to go to classes by myself, but I figured since I'm in between jobs, I would try the new student offer of $35 for 14 days. I decided to step out of my comfort zone and go. I am currently part of another yoga studio in Butler, PA, but I was really interested in this location due to where I live. I went to an all levels heated flow. Dezza was my yoga instructor. I made sure to show up half an hour early but later found out that the doors don't open until fifteen minutes before the class. I was able to easily get signed up, and Dezza gave me a tour of the studio and showed me where to put my belongings. I recommend this yoga studio to anybody who is looking to better their mental spiritual and physical discipline. I found this class very challenging for me, although the instructor does go over alternative, yoga poses that you can perform if the current poses are too difficult. I had a really great time and left the yoga studio soaked in sweat. I had a really great experience and I can't wait to go back tomorrow! Yoga mats and blocks are provided to students who do not have them. There are also bathrooms and a shower in the facility, in case you are in a pinch and need to shower after class!
April 22 · Tabitha LaineExcellent studio with great instructors! Make sure to catch Mitch's class on Friday nights. Great way to end the week with super duper yoga and tons of fun.
July 28 · Tom TiernanI LOVE this studio!!! They take pride in every little detail, VERY welcoming no matter what level you are... they have a cute little tea area with refreshments, well-kept shower area with freshly washed towels/365 shampoo/wash, hair ties, and anything else you can think of! They provide mats, blocks, and towels and they are always clean and free of cost.I have been to the other hot yoga studios in the north hills area and there is no comparison whatsoever. The teachers are diverse and each have their own style- I love love love this place and recommend it above all other studios in the area.
January 07 · Maura Plemmonscame to my first class today (hot power @ noon), it was amazing! tracey was a very skilled instructor and took the time to explain the layout of the studio to me and how Salt teachers cue their instruction. i'm a yoga teacher myself- so i know when a class is good! the atmosphere felt amazing and i left feeling energized & sweaty!
November 17 · erika jeanLove the 4:15 Warm Flow Thursday class with Wizi! Perfect mix of poses, flow and assists. I walk into this class feeling a bit stressed out from work and leave the class wishing it wasn't over. So great!
