★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We have been members of JSA Gym for 5 years. The coaching staff is incredible and the classes and community are the best. During the pandemic the owners created virtual classes, outdoor workouts in tha parking lots and still make it safe to go and get a great workout.
February 08 · carolyn pampillon“After a failed attempt at another Crossfit gym at a different location (I was seriously dissapointed and disheartened due to the fact that I am a cancer survivor and safety is very important to me), I decided to give Crossfit another chance. I had almost "no" weightlifting experience and didn’t really know much about Crossfit, so I was looking for a Crossfit box that would be supportive and that would motivate me to get stronger and healthier all the while keeping me safe and injury free. Well, lucky for me I found JSA Crossfit in Manasquan NJ! They started me off slowly and safely and from the start they always made sure that I was doing the workouts correctly and safely. And when the workouts got more challenging, they always keep them fun and helped me set some great fitness goals for myself. The times the workouts are offered are flexible and they’ve even added more times to accommodate people’s schedules. Also, the gym is spacious and is kept very clean and organized. The owners and head trainers Skip and Paige along with the rest of the coaches at JSA make me truly feel like part of a family. They have something special going on there. So if your in the area and want to do a drop-in this is the place to go.
December 08 · Gus PampillonOne of the best parts of our annual trip to the Jersey shore is being able to drop in at JSA Crossfit. Welcoming gym, tough but doable workouts and some fantastic people.Coach Kyle is the best. See you next year!
August 02 · Travis HenryLate Review: I visited in May 2022. The crossfit instructor and people here were all amazing. Very friendly, helpful, and competitive, and the gym was beautifully kept. Made me wish I lived nearby so I could become a member. After my amazing experience here, I decided to search out a crossfit gym closer to home in hopes that it might replicate the fun I had here. I still enjoy every bit of the training where I'm currently located and still look back fondly at my time at JSA Gym (enough to remember I forgot to leave my review!)Definitely will return if I'm back in the area!
March 01 · Anthony WienkeGreat spot to drop in and get a workout. Community was super supportive during a July 4th Hero WOD. Bryan (the owner) is great and always has a ton of energy for the class or even 1:1 (we had an early an workout together and he jumped in to give me a run for my money). Highly recommend - easy to sign up on the app and tons of opportunity to grow with this spot. Will be back when I’m in town!
