Sagar Hot Yoga San Jose Reviews
I enjoyed the training very much. The stuff was super nice and took good care of me as it was my first time. On the downside the place was not well ventilated and the smell was not great also after a practice group they only clean it with swiffers from what i saw. You should bring your own mat as well.
September 22 · Agnieszka BrulińskaUnprofessional and argumentative staff. I was offered a week free online and only given the option for 3 classes. I attended one class and was told I can come anytime for my next two classes. After calling the studio to confirm my next classes they informed me they were unable to provide me service and wanted to argue with me about what the instructor at 6:20 pm 7/16 informed me.They need to have better communication between their staff and need to be professional when talking to potential clients. Will be bringing my business where it’s appreciated.
July 19 · Serena MarieIf you want to improve your overall physical, mental well being, mindfulness and flexibility I highly recommend you try Sagar Hot Yoga! I'm on my 5th class and feel incredible. The owner/ head instructor Abhi is dedicated to his students and wants to see you push yourself beyond perceived limitations. He is patient, kind and runs a high quality business. I've been to 2 of 3 locations, they are clean, always fresh purified cold water available, and showers available if needed. I love the flexible class schedule, having a busy but inconsistent schedule it allows me numerous time/location options to pick what works best on any given day.As I am new, I will try to attend Abhi's classes as much as possible but there are other great instructors and some video classes as well. Try it!
April 10 · James LaffenIt has been a while that I wanted to leave a review. I have a lot of respect for this business, the owner, and the beautiful community of people practicing here. It is more than 5 years that I know this place and have been practicing on and off. I believe it is one of the best hot yoga studios in the Bay Area. Different teachers bring different aspects to each practice. I have not tried all the teachers yet, but based on my experiences Abhi and Eszter train you to make your moves perfect; Shanna and Yolanda bring the calmness into their classes; Mangala offers the best hot pilate (very tough); and the best for the last is Derek. His classes are the toughest and best hot yoga practices I have done. Kudos to everyone here and thank you!
October 26 · Mary JI just rejoined after being away for 1 year. They have added some new classes and Ive tried them this past week - each are an amazing experience in their own way! I love this place, its great for the mind, body and soul! the classes are not too crowded, the instructors are very aware of who is in the class, and welcoming to new and returning students. they cater to all levels, encouraging everyone to push themselves at their own pace.
