★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I absolutely live for my weekly yoga sessions at Sol Yoga and Pilates. Since starting my yoga journey at Sol, I have had the amazing opportunity to take many of the classes with many of the amazing instructors. They have all made a lasting impression on me. Every one of them brings something special to their practice.Big shout out to Emily. She is the best Yoga instructor. She is an absolute goddess! She leads her classes with so much love. Her class environment is very warm and welcoming. She is encouraging, patient, and supportive with all of the students in her class. Practicing yoga with Emily has not only changed my body, but it is inspired me to have a more loving and positive attitude towards myself and in turn others. As a result of Yoga with Emily, I have learned to cope better with my stress, and practice mindful breathing. This in turn helps me to cope with every day stresses that life tends to throw at you.Emily's positivity and calm nature is contagious. And I'm happy to say my days are better when I start off my mornings with one of her practices.I would highly recommend taking classes at Sol, to anyone who is looking to improve their mind and body. ☀️🫶✨🙏🧘♀️
December 03 · Jennifer StevensThis studio is the best! From Emily’s amazing Sunday Flow to Bethany’s incredible Yin class…and everything in between. The heat is perfect at 90 degrees. ~Christine
December 02 · Bart BronsonI have been coming to this studio for 2.5 years an I absolutely love it! They offer a variety of classes and it’s always 90 degrees which is a real treat in the winter. The instructors are fantastic, always challenging you but also always show modifications for everything. Inferno Pilates, Sol Fusion and Rhythmic Flow are my personal favorites! Highly recommend!
December 12 · Katie TsigounisI had done hot yoga in the past, 110°, and although I enjoyed it, found it was too much to do on a regular basis. With that in mind, I was hesitant to try Sol. I’m so glad I did! The studio is 90°, which lets you work up a great sweat, and get nice and limber, without making you feel nauseous. There’s a great variety of classes and instructors, who cater to all levels. My personal yoga practice has soared since I started at Sol. I actually prefer it over non-heated classes now. Go figure. Five stars.
December 01 · Stacie ParadisSOL offers a wide range of classes for all. The atmosphere is great. Once you start coming you won't want to stop! All of teachers are fantastic as well! I especially enjoy Morning Flow and Inferno Pilates with Emily and SOL Fusion with Charlene.
