This specialized fitness studio is located in a great location – right off the N train. I was really pleased with my first group class here. I was expecting a tough work out and I definitely got it! Jason is really nice and accommodating. I joined a metabolic session, which included many squats, planks, running, weights and more. The instructor/owner Jason kept the class interesting and was very encouraging. The ratio of people in this fitness center is skewed toward women.
