It is an incredibly powerful experience that shifts energy in the body and mind using your breath, for healing and clearing. It grounds you and also elevates you…a very intense practice!

Always a relaxing environment, as soon as you walk in the incense begins to create a calm over you. Colleen is an amazing instructor with so much advanced knowledge of the body that she pairs with her yoga background to create well-rounded, challenging and effective practices for all levels.Aside from this she is constantly collaborating with so many gifted and spiritual assets in the community to bring different events and open us up to a network of guides in self exploration through meditation, mantra, and natural medicine that we could not get our hands on until now. Shes is only getting started, so expect to see great things emerge from this space.
