June 04 · Margaret DotyThe Rockville Rock Steady boxing program is absolutely miraculous for those living with Parkinsons! The one hour workout focuses on balance, strength and getting into that "dopamine" zone. No matter where you are in your Parkinsons journey - all levels are welcome! The program is led by a stellar group of trained professionals who have fostered such an amazing community - also hosting support groups and frequent get-togethers outside of the gym. Strongly recommend checking out a class today!
